Lab will send the next 6 aligners.
Start IPR as per the IPR protocols for clear aligners. Refer to your digital IPR guide.
Change aligners every 2 weeks and continue progressive IPR if needed.
Begin IPR as per the IPR protocols for Q200.
Clinician to adjust power chain every 10-14 days.
Refine the case using Q100 clear aligners if needed.
Start IPR as per the IPR protocols for Q500.
See the patient at least every 2 weeks for minor adjustments of the power chain and lingual bow and progressive IPR as required.
Refine the case using Q100 clear aligners if needed.
Upper and lower alignate, or PVS putty impressions.
The patient MUST CONTINUE to wear the last fitting appliance to HOLD the teeth at the desired positions until retainers are fitted.
After 2 weeks fit the bonded retainer and take alginate impressions for the final vacuum formed retainers. Fit these after 2 weeks.
Review the patient after 3 months and then again after an additional 9 months. Recommend yearly (chargeable) checks thereafter.
